Kimberleee obviously writes about life as a young mother, but she also shares her experience with Postpartum Depression and tells the stories of other moms who have been through it too. My eldest Fancy Girls is turning 9 this weekend, and over the year, her tastes have become very Justice and Claire’s oriented. She loves all the graphic T’s and Narwhal products at Justice and has a definite Coachella vibe going on with her wishlist from Claire’s. Oh, and I can’t forget the obsession with emoji-anything (I did lightly suggest that perhaps a loud emoji bed set might not have as much longevity with her as something in neutral colors, that she loves, would.). I love this funky/trendy side of Maddy, and I wish the 3rd grade me had half as much style know-how. But it was also the late 80’s and well, I’ll leave it at that. So, for Friday Fresh Picks this week, I’m sharing things from her birthday wishlist, since I can take a pretty well-educated guess that your 8-9-10 year old would be interested in the same things.
