If you haven’t heard the little raspy powerhouse Grace Vanderwaal sing her viral hit “I Don’t Know My Name,” then you’re missing out. The 12-year old 2016 America’s Got Talent winner, wow’d the judges and the nation, with her ukulele playing and original songs. Her music touched people all over the world and pretty much had the competition in the bag from the beginning.
Recently, Grace visited Extra TV to talk about her $1 million dollar winnings and how she only started playing the ukulele within the past year. Another one of Grace’s trademark accessories through the show was her pair of cat ears. Though her hair was styled without the ears for her TV appearances, she was wearing a cute cat-face top with black and white striped peplum.
I wonder if the cat motif will become Grace’s thing as she gains greater exposure since her win. One thing is for sure: there’s no stopping the popularity of cats in fashion, and if your Fancy Girl loves them too, below are a few Grace-inspired tops to achieve a similar look.
