November is only a few days away and soon we’ll be joining family for Thanksgiving dinner. Since this holiday is more about the eating than the photo op, we don’t need to fuss about dressing to the 9’s. Since my older girls have very different styles, I had them assist with some outfit selections for young and tween-aged fancy girls. We started with my usual criteria: comfortable without being too causal and jewel tone color palette. I used ShopStyle to get us started since you can browse by recipient, clothing type, color, price, size, and more. The girls chose their favorites from the results and we narrowed them down to 4 options each. Below are our two collections: The Maddy and The Catherine (named for my fancy girls).
The Maddy is all about the layers. The favorite look is a long gray swing cardigan over a beige tunic paired with pants in seasonal colors. Her favorite color palette is shades of blue.
