Designer Spotlight: Miniclasix

Whenever a holiday or special occasion rolls around, I use that as a chance to get a new outfit for my girls that is unique and not found in one of the popular chain stores. I love discovering new brands that are both well-crafted and reasonably priced. That’s what attracted me to Miniclasix, a sophisticated clothing brand for babies aged 3-24 months. Miniclasix designs are created by IMPACT Imports International, a New Jersey-based children’s wear company led by president Carol Woerle, who has been part of the company for more than 20 years.

Miniclasix clothes are described as “elegantly understated looks in rich shades of taupe, navy blue and pink, in fabrics like high-quality cotton, soft tulle skirting and sweet sweater knits which stretch and move with ease.” As you can see below, the girls’ outfits are distinct and elegant with soft colors and feminine detailing. And a fancy girl is never full accessorized without a dapper dude at her side looking sharp in suspenders or a tweed vest.

Even though both my girls are well out of the baby sizes, Miniclasix would make a nice choice for a baby shower gift or “push present” (what you give after the baby is born).
