2015 Holiday Gift Guide: Fab Fitness Gifts for Women

2015 Holiday Gift Guide: Fab Fitness Gifts for Women

The Fancy Girl Holiday Gift Guide wraps up (pun intended) today with gifts for the grown-up fancy girl on your holiday list. There are so many things you could get the ab fab female in your life, but since one of my biggest interests lately has been health & wellness, I wanted to put together a wishlist for my fellow workout warriors. With activewear as a huge trend for both women and girls, there is an endless supply of clothing, equipment and fitness tracking devices out there to keep us on top of our game. Fitness has become a big part of my life, specifically dance and ballet workouts and interval training, and it’s something that I can enjoy with my daughters. Taking control of my health allows me to set a good example for my girls and to establish healthy habits for the whole family. My girls are even getting in on the fitness leggings trend and might be getting some for Christmas. My own wishlist has some activewear on it and there are a things I enjoy, like the FitBit and Fabletics, that I’ve listed below.  In an effort to provide a diverse and varied list, I polled my Facebook friends for their must-haves. As expected, I added  a few more items to my list. Shop the picks below and comment below with your favorite fitness gear.
