I totally lucked out with this dress. It was 11pm and I was doing some last minute shopping at Target for my daughter’s Frozen themed birthday (post on that to come). I wasn’t even looking for an Elsa dress, but thought maybe just one peruse through the Girls clothing section wouldn’t hurt. And there it was! The perfect aqua & purple high-low dress ($16.99) for her party. And now whenever she wears it, she launches into Elsa mode, pose and all. Today she wore it to school with new aqua sandals from Gap and a hastily put together fishtail braid. The important thing is: She loved it!
